Shri Murlidhar Mohol (Mayor of Pune) inaugurates bus routes at Katraj Bus Depot.
On 24th February 2022 PMPML extended bus route number 296 (From Katraj to Winzer) till Velhe Fort Torna. Also a new Bus Route number 209 B (From Katraj to Saswad – via Garade) has been started and added from this bus depot. The service to both these lines was inaugurated by showing a Green Flag by Mayor of Pune – Shri Murlidhar Mohol. In the last one and a half years, around 35 New bus routes have been started through PMPML for the convenience of Students, Farmers, Employees who stay in Pune and adjoining areas.
As a result around 350 to 400 new villages with New Bus routes have connected with Pune City. Citizens who stay in Rural areas should make maximum use of PMPML. In the month of March 2022 100 new electric buses will be added in PMPML Fleet. Inaugaration of this fleet will be done by our beloved Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi.
