Lenyadri

Lenyadri caves are situated near to junnar , in Pune district of Maharashtra. It has 30 beautiful rock –cut caves. To reach to these caves, one has to climb steps towards the caves. After climbing up, you can see wonderful and awesome view . Out of these caves, the cave 7 is a famous Hindu temple dedicated to the Lord Ganesha, which is one of the Ashtavinayak holy places. This place is more famous because of the existence of this temple of Lord Ganesha i.e Girijatmaj. The temple remains crowded always.

One gets to see so many monkeys on the way to temple and caves. This place, which possesses Lenyadri caves and the famous Ganesha temple offer the combination of spiritual and scenic beauty both.
