Lal Mahal

Lal Mahal Palace was built for Shivaji Maharaj and his mother Jijabai in 1640. The original building torndown and there is a red building in it’s place today with the same name that was built in 1988. The ground floor has a miniature model of a fort , The 1st floor has paintings of Shivaji Maharaj that glorify his exploits.
